Because our products are instant digital downloads (digital design files), they are deemed "used" immediately after download or access. Therefore, we generally do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed.
1. Defective or Damaged Files
If you experience an issue with your purchase—such as a corrupted ZIP file, missing format, or broken vector path—we are happy to help!
Please contact us at support@asiaticartisan.com with your order details and a description or screenshot of the issue.
We will repair or replace the file for you within 24–48 hours.
If we are unable to provide a functional replacement file, a full refund will be issued.
2. Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom editing services (such as personalized names, numbers, or custom vector edits) are non-refundable once work on the custom file has begun or the final custom file has been delivered.
