Processing & Production Time

Processing times vary based on the complexity and size of your order:

  • Standard Orders: 3-5 business days for production
  • Custom Designs: 5-7 business days for production
  • Bulk Orders (100+ pieces): 7-10 business days for production
  • Rush Orders: Available upon request (1-2 business days, additional fees apply)

Note: Production time begins after order confirmation and design approval. We'll send you a confirmation email once your order enters production.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (Within Country)

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days - Free on orders over $50
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days - Additional $15
  • Priority Shipping: 1-2 business days - Additional $25

International Shipping

  • Standard International: 10-15 business days - Calculated at checkout
  • Express International: 5-7 business days - Calculated at checkout

Note: International orders may be subject to customs fees and duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Free Shipping

Orders over $50 qualify for free standard domestic shipping. This offer may vary by location.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package in real-time using our tracking system or the carrier's website.

  • You'll receive email updates on major milestones
  • Track your order through your account dashboard
  • Contact us if tracking information isn't updating

Delivery Issues

Lost Packages

If your package doesn't arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us immediately. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We may be able to update the address if the order hasn't shipped yet.
